Due to the perishable nature of our fresh truffles and gourmet products, Urbani Truffles ensures the highest quality standards; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your package, including your order number and clear photos of the items and packaging.

    Quality Review

    Our experts will review your claim to ensure it meets our freshness and safety criteria for a replacement or store credit.

  • 3.
    Return Authorization

    If a physical return is required for non-perishable pantry items, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once your claim is approved or the return is received, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
