How do you ensure the freshness of fresh truffles during shipping?
All fresh truffles are shipped in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging with ice packs via overnight express delivery to ensure they arrive in peak condition.
What is the shelf life of your truffle oils and preserved products?
Our oils and jarred products typically have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months. Once opened, we recommend storing them in a cool, dark place and consuming them within the timeframe indicated on the label.
Can I return fresh truffle orders?
Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh truffles, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality upon arrival, please contact our customer service within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship our full catalog within the United States. For international inquiries regarding preserved products and oils, please contact our export department directly.
How should I store my fresh truffles once they arrive?
Fresh truffles should be wrapped in a clean paper towel, placed in a glass jar, and stored in the crisper compartment of your refrigerator. We recommend consuming them within 3-5 days for maximum aroma.
